Kim has over ten years’ experience as a designer and renovation project manager in the North Dallas area. Prior to residential renovating, she spent a decade in media and advertising.
She uses this experience and her resources as a designer and renovator to guide homeowners as they prepare their home to sell while helping buyers find a house that they can transform into their dream home.

No. Not in our business structure, only in the way that we help clients. We are two individual realtors and friends who have backed each other up for several years. In doing so, we realized the value of having two realtors on certain properties.
It is a co-listing with both Kathy Harris and Kim Hendry listed as the Realtors of Record.
Because we’re splitting the work, our rates are the same whether you hire one or both of us. In some cases, we can charge a higher commission so that you don’t have to pay anything upfront to get your house ready for market. It’s important to remember, real estate commissions for both seller’s and buyer’s agents are always negotiable.
We believe Realtors partnering together outside of the team structure is the way of the future. Every realtor brings something different to the table. Why limit the options that you can provide a client? We don’t partner for every client, only when it makes sense or when the client requests it.
In our current market, open houses are valuable. We hold four types of open houses depending on the price point of the property- a virtual open house, a broker’s open house, a neighbor’s open house, and a public open house.
Because we enjoy working together! We also market individually but even if we aren’t co-agents on a listing, we still help each other out when needed.
We start with a ‘no pressure’ walk-through of your property to assess your needs, the property and property needs. Then we formulate a plan for your property giving you a list of things we recommend be done to sell, a neighborhood comparison and a price point that we recommend.
