Our goal is to provide homeowners with a full service, turn-key experience.
Kathy Harris is a top selling Realtor with over twenty years of experience and numerous awards. Kim Hendry is a Realtor with over fifteen years design and renovation experience and ten years of advertising experience.
With the market changing so rapidly, we’ve decided to combine our talents in order to provide better, more thorough service for our clients. Two for the price of one sounds pretty cheesy. We prefer to think of it as two mature businesswomen with a myriad of talents ready to team with our clients for success.
We are not a real estate team; we are two individual realtors who happen to work well together and want to offer more to our clients. While we do not share every transaction, you will find us backing each other up on most listings and showings. Kim may be showing a property for Kathy or having her team ready one of Kathy’s listings for sale. Kathy might be showing a property for Kim as well as doing a market analysis on a property Kim has just renovated.

In these assessments, we give suggestions of updates and staging to sell your property as well as a comparative market analysis and price range for listing. We can also assess your needs for a new home and send you a list of potential homes that meet your criteria at this time.
